How you get paid
No surprises — here is exactly how earnings reach your account.
- Commission is fixed when the order is placed
- We deduct commission from each sale at your shop's agreed rate. The rate is locked in at the moment of purchase, so a later change never affects orders you have already received.
- Earnings release 7 days after delivery
- Your earnings are recorded when you mark an order delivered, and become withdrawable 7 days after Buynux confirms that delivery. The wait matches the customer's return window, so returns are settled before money leaves the platform. Your dashboard always shows what is held and the date it frees up.
- Withdraw from ৳5,000
- Request a payout once you have ৳5,000 available. A ৳15 processing charge is added on top of the amount you request rather than taken out of it, and we transfer to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account.
- Refunds reverse the sale
- If a customer is refunded, that order's earnings and commission are both reversed. Nothing is deducted from your other sales.
