Terms of Service

By accessing or using Buynux ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and sellers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@buynux.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Buynux reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

3.1 Placing Orders

• Buynux is a multi-vendor marketplace. When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the individual seller(s) fulfilling your items. Buynux facilitates the transaction but is not the seller unless the item is listed by the Buynux platform store.
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability.

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept shurjoPay (credit/debit card, mobile banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• Payment is processed securely. We do not store full card numbers.
• COD orders must be paid in full to the delivery agent upon receipt.

3.3 Coupons and Loyalty Points

• Coupons and promotional codes are subject to their own terms and expiry dates.
• Loyalty points are earned on delivered orders and redeemed at checkout. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Buynux reserves the right to adjust, expire, or cancel loyalty points at any time.

• Estimated delivery times are provided by sellers and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.
• If an order is not delivered within a reasonable time, contact us at support@buynux.dev.
• Free shipping thresholds apply per seller unless otherwise stated.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at /returns. Key points: items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective, wrong, or not as described. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval.

Sellers on the Platform are independent third parties and are solely responsible for their product listings, accuracy of descriptions, fulfilment, and customer service. Buynux makes reasonable efforts to verify sellers but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed products.

Seller conduct is governed by our Vendor Terms & Conditions (/seller-terms).

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings or reviews.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without written permission.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or sellers.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Buynux or third parties.
• Resell or exploit Platform data for commercial purposes without authorisation.

The Buynux name, logo, design, and platform software are the intellectual property of Buynux and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Product images and descriptions are the responsibility of the respective sellers. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@buynux.dev.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Buynux does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buynux's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

Buynux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buynux, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Buynux may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, sellers, or the Platform itself.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Pending orders and outstanding obligations survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
